There have been so many simple recipes and processes that have been lost to our fast paced life style. But every once in a while, we discover them again. Making our own cheese from scratch can seem like a very daunting task, at first. But then we discover that it's not. We can decide what goes into our foods again and we reconnect to our communities and local farms. We start feeling a connection to a time when our families crafted their own foods this way. It's a very empowering feeling.
